Transforming
organizational
experiences
into art.

We create
contemporary art
from within your
organization.

Your people are not the audience.
They are part of the artwork.

Their connections, encounters,
perceptions and shared experiences
become the material for contemporary art
created by artist Chris Tille.

Technology is the tool.
Human experience is the source.
Art is the outcome.

The starting point can be an event,
a place, a strategy, an encounter
or the organization itself.

ONE SOUND

Type 0-26-OS

Human connection becomes sound.

Using touch-sensitive technology, participants discover how human connection can create sound. Every interaction creates tones, rhythms and textures that become part of the artwork.

The recorded sounds are composed into one unique piece — created entirely from the connections within the group.

Without connection, there is silence.

Each participant receives the final composition as an exclusive digital edition.

Optionally, a ringtone can be created from the final piece — a small sonic reminder of the shared experience.

COLLECTIVE EXPRESSION

Type 0-26-CE

Individual gestures become one collective expression.

Using light, movement and long-exposure photography, participants create a shared artwork entirely by hand. Each person contributes an individual gesture of light — without seeing the complete image as it evolves.

Only through communication, awareness and collaboration can the individual traces come together as one powerful composition.

No AI. No algorithm. No digital creation.
Every trace is human.

The final image is revealed only when the collective process is complete.

Each participant can take home a Fine Art Print of the final artwork — a personal piece of the experience they created together.

Long exposure photography captures each individual light gesutre.
Each participant adds one unique gesture of light.

TEAM SPHERE

Type 0-26-TS

A shared experience becomes visible.

Chris Tille uses GDV technology to record a continuous stream of signals from a shared space or experience.

These measurements become the raw material for a unique visual artwork — a visual expression of the collective experience.

Overnight, the recorded data is translated into lines and form. The next morning, the team sees a visual trace of their shared experience.

THE FIRST TRACE

Type 0-26-FT

The first perception of a place becomes art.

When participants experience a place for the very first time — a building, an event location or even a city — they capture up to three intuitive photographs of what catches their attention.

A custom-developed AI analyzes these first impressions and translates them into the group’s unique DNA of the place. Artist Chris Tille then transforms this DNA into a unique abstract artwork.

One group. One place. One unique first encounter.

ONE IMPRINT

Type 0-26-OI

Every encounter leaves a mark.

A host or leader welcomes each participant with a handshake while wearing a conductive silver glove connected to a measurement device. Each encounter generates a measurable signal that contributes to the final artwork.

Together, these signals are translated into a fingerprint-like composition — a unique visual imprint of the group, shaped by the encounters that brought it together.

The final artwork is revealed the next day. Each participant can take home a Fine Art Print — a personal piece of the shared experience.

MINDSCULPT

Type 0-26-M

Thoughts become form.

Participants wear an EEG device while focusing on a shared idea, strategy, vision, thought or emotion. The recorded signals become the raw material for the artwork.

The individual measurements are brought together and transformed by artist Chris Tille into a unique sculptural form — a collective portrait created from the minds of the group.

The final artwork can take the form of a Fine Art Print, a large-scale artwork or a physical sculpture.

ONE OF ONE

Type 0-26-B

Your organization becomes the starting point for a new artwork.

Beyond the existing formats, artist Chris Tille develops unique artistic concepts specifically for an organization, its people, ideas or places.

People, encounters, environments, data or shared experiences can become the material for a completely new work of art — created from the beginning for its specific context.

One organization. One idea. One artwork that has never existed before.
From idea to artistic concept.
A unique artwork created for the organization.

ATLAS OF THE INVISIBLE
An artistic exploration of what exists beyond direct human perception.

Atlas of the Invisible brings together Chris Tille’s artistic research into phenomena beyond direct human perception. Through collaborations with scientists and research institutions, the book explores how light, consciousness, energy and time can become material for contemporary art.

This artistic approach forms the foundation of TILLE – Art Experience Studio.
